ADVENT WORSHIP SERIES: “God Bless Us, Everyone!”

Our Advent theme this year is “God Bless Us Everyone.” It is based on “A Christmas Carol,” the beloved classic story by Charles Dickens, and on the book by Matt Rawle, “The Redemption of Scrooge.”

Just as the chimes in the clock tower provide a wake-up call for Ebenezer Scrooge to turn from his resentment, fear, and isolation, we will discover how God’s presence can help us also be redeemed into new life with joy, passion, generosity, humility, and love.

In this worship series, we’ll enjoy special music, engaging visual displays, and thought-provoking messages. Please join us!

NEW Church School Schedule!

This fall, we are trying something different for Church School. Children ages 3-8 can come to the late service on Sunday mornings at 10:30 in the sanctuary, then after the children’s message, they will be escorted to Church School by Miss Victoria and Miss Roberta. Parents can pick their children up in the TLC Room on the first floor after the worship service. On Sundays when we celebrate holy communion, the children will be brought to the sanctuary so they can share communion with their families.

We hope you’ll join us for a year of learning about God and what it means to love and follow Jesus! We have open enrollment, so children can attend on any Sunday.
