Handbook for House Churches

Broad Street UMC is staying connected in small groups who worship and pray together. These groups are called

House Churches.

What is a House Church?

Good question! A House Church is a small group of 6-12 people who worship together. Our House Churches all use the same worship services, hear the same message and are able to foster the spiritual connections with others that are essential for discipleship. Keep reading to learn more!

How can I be part of a House Church?

Below you will find links to our Handbook documents. These will help you walk through how to gather a house church and what to expect. Pastor Rachel will be hosting regular House Church trainings, too: email bsumcnorwich@gmail.com to sign up!
